Founder Todd Bradford is a seasoned Division I football executive and coach with over 30 years of experience building elite programs, developing high-level athletes, and leading recruiting operations at the highest levels of college football. His career spans Power Four and FBS programs, where he has served as a defensive coordinator, offensive coordinator, position coach, and most recently as Director of Recruiting at Oklahoma State. His stops include some of the nation’s top programs, Oklahoma State University, University of Wisconsin, University of Kansas, University of Maryland, Brigham Young University, and University of Southern Mississippi, among others.

At Oklahoma State, Todd led all recruiting, personnel, and roster management operations for a nationally competitive program, overseeing NCAA-compliant recruiting strategy, NIL planning, and transfer portal management. His leadership played a key role in one of the most successful stretches in program history, including a 12–2 season, a Fiesta Bowl championship, and the top-ranked recruiting class in school history.

Known for his ability to identify and develop talent, Todd has coached and mentored All-Americans and helped engineer major defensive turnarounds at multiple programs. His expertise extends beyond the field into roster construction, staff development, and building winning cultures aligned with long-term program success.
